Coaching sessions are typically 60 minutes each after an initial 90 minute session.
We will together work on
- 90 minute personal history to understand what to change and what you want.
- 60 minute coaching session to gradually work on cultivating an enhancing Mindset and patterns, while letting go of your limiting beliefs and blocks.
- Periodic coaching of 60 minutes each.
- You will have an action plan to work on between the sessions.
